TROPHY CASE

Many case histories prove TSP programs drive radical levels of performance improvement to a company’s operations, with less effort at a lower cost than typical “incentive” programs. Our process keeps the focus on goal attainment and the positive reinforcement of individual behaviors rather than incentives. Tangible awards for individuals and teams become symbols of appreciation for a job well done, not entitlements.

Our largest client, with over 12,000 employees, saw their leading indicator compliance rate improve from 22% to 97.6% in the first 30 days following kick-off of our program. More importantly, that higher performance rate was not a short-term anomaly, but was sustained over time! Ultimately, good-natured rivalries develop among peer groups, and a positive and rewarding experience is had by all participants in the game.
